As a user of Cocodp, you are aware that you shall follow the Rules of Conduct hereinunder and you shall solely be responsible for any violation therefrom.
1. You are the individual responsible for the account you own provided by Cocodp. You shall be solely responsible for all the results of actions under your account (including but not limited to signing various single terms online, publishing information, purchasing digital products, and disclosing information)
2. You shall not upload, display, post, disseminate or otherwise transmit the information containing any of the following content when you access or use Cocodp:
(a) content sold or may be used for any illegal purpose, or the transmission or offering of which are in breach of any rights of any third party (including without limitation privacy rights, intellectual property rights, and other proprietary rights);
(b) content that is, or may be considered pornographic or sexually explicit in nature, or otherwise intended for adults only;
(c) content that is, or in connection with tobacco, alcohol, weapons or ammunition, drugs or drug paraphernalia;
(d) content that is, or may be considered in connection with gambling, wagering, betting, or participating in a lottery or game of chance where the game is played for money or money’s worth, or considered sports-book products or services, a binary option, an investment or financial trading product, or of a similar nature to the aforementioned subject matters;
(e) content that contains software viruses, malware, spyware, or any other computer code, files, or programs that may interrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any other computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
(f) content that is, or may be considered libelous, illegal, unlawful, abusive, threatening, harmful or defamatory, nor insults or threats with disrespect or contempt, or damage any religion, respectful person or objects;
(g) content that causes insult, be offensive or makes disrespectful remark(s) against any country, government, government official or community;
(h) content that conflicts with the public policy of the relevant jurisdictions in which the merchant operates, nor cause public unrest or affect the relationship between countries;
(i) content that contains content of disillusion, deceit, or otherwise which may deceive people, especially kids and youths;
(j) content that contains any misstatement(s) or untrue content;
(k) content that is prohibited, or is in connection with, prohibited products, services, and/or digital content, as directed by Cocodp at its sole discretion from time to time; and/or
(l) content that is not in compliance with any applicable laws, rules, or regulations of any relevant jurisdiction.
3. You shall not engage in the following activities by using the products and services provided by Cocodp:
(a) accessing the computer information network or using the computer information network resources without authorization;
(b) deleting, modifying, or adding computer information network functions without authorization;
(c) deleting, modifying, or adding the data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in the computer information network without authorization;
(d) making and spreading computer viruses and other destructive programs intentionally;
(e) engaging in illegal transactions, such as money laundering and drug trafficking;
(f) carrying out any commercial activities such as publishing advertisements and selling commodities or other illegal activities that infringe on the interests of Cocodp;
(g) carrying out other actions endangering the computer information network security.
4. You shall not commit infringements of other people’s privacy rights, copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, and other rights and interests unless you have obtained the full and effective authorization of the right holder in advance.
5. You shall not interfere with the normal operation of the services and products provided by Cocodp with any kind of technologies and means and cause adverse effects on the services and products provided by Cocodp.
6. You shall not without Cocodp’s prior written consent, use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish and release the services and products provided by Cocodp and related information and/or establish mirror sites and use the services and products provided by Cocodp to develop derivative products, works, services, plugins, compatibility, interconnection, etc. in connection with them without authorization.
7. You shall not use the products and the services provided by Cocodp in any illegal way, for any illegal purpose, or conduct activities that violate the laws and regulations, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users, and interfere with the normal operation of the products and services provided by Cocodp or actions that are not expressly authorized by Cocodp.
